Features


1.No need to set up reservoirs and high-level water tanks

The non-negative pressure water supply equipment is directly connected to the municipal pipe network without the need to build a reservoir and a high-level water tank, which saves engineering investment and reduces the occupation of building area. When the water supply of the municipal pipe network is sufficient, the volume of the non-negative pressure steady flow tank is small, the entire equipment occupies a small area, and the installation of the equipment only needs to connect the inlet and outlet pipes, which is extremely convenient.

2.Secondary pollution without water source The non-negative pressure steady flow tank and the entire set of equipment pipelines are all closed. working principle


When the WB type non-negative pressure water supply equipment is normally put into use, water from the municipal pipe network enters the non-negative pressure steady flow tank, and the air in the tank is discharged from the exhaust valve in large quantities. When the air is exhausted, the floating ball in the valve is lifted by the water, the transmission plug is closed to the closed position, and the exhaust port is closed slowly to stop the exhaust and prevent water from being discharged. The air collects in the valve to a certain extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float drops with it, and the air is discharged through the exhaust hole.

During normal operation of the WB type non-negative pressure water supply equipment, when the municipal water supply network is insufficient, when the water in the municipal inlet pipe is empty, or when the water pressure in the steady flow tank is lower than atmospheric pressure, the water level in the steady flow tank drops, and the The drop will drive the plug head to open and suck air to keep the atmospheric pressure in the steady flow tank, so as not to generate negative pressure on the municipal pipe network.

When the pressure in the municipal pipe network is lower than the set pressure required by the user, the water pump runs at a variable frequency to ensure that the pressure of the user's pipe network meets the user's water requirements. The higher the water pressure in the municipal pipe network. The lower the speed of the water pump, the lower the water pressure of the municipal pipe network, and the higher the speed of the water pump.
