Product introduction


DL, DLR series vertical multistage centrifugal pumps (low speed n = 1450r / min) are developed by our factory according to the actual needs of the high-rise building water supply market and the National Fire Bureau GB 6245-1998 "Fire pump performance requirements and test methods" standards Development is a new type. It is used for conveying medium containing no hard particles and physical and chemical properties similar to water. The flow range is 5 ~ 360m3 / h, the head range is 22 ~ 300m, the supporting power range is 1.5 ~ 220KW, and the caliber range is φ40 ~ φ200m. The outlet of the same pump can be set to 1 to 5 outlets.

It has high efficiency, smooth performance curve, wide operating range, and meets the relevant regulations of the fire station to meet the needs of different users. The DL vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump uses The vertical segmented structure has the advantages of stable operation, low noise, long service life, small floor area, and convenient installation and maintenance.


Product Usage


Mainly used for high-rise building domestic water supply, constant pressure water supply for firefighting, automatic sprinkler water, automatic water curtain water supply, etc., can also be used for water supply and drainage in factories and mines, long-distance water supply, various equipment supporting and various production process water. DL type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump medium use temperature does not exceed 80 ℃, DLR type medium use temperature does not exceed 120 ℃


Conditions of Use


1. The medium used should be similar to water, the kinematic viscosity is <150mm2 / s, and there are no hard particles and no corrosive properties;

2. The ambient altitude of the DL vertical multistage centrifugal pump is less than 1000 meters. When it exceeds the limit, it should be put in the order, so that the factory can provide you with more reliable products;

3. Medium use temperature: -15 ℃ ~ 120 ℃;

4.Maximum system working pressure≤2.5MPa;

5. The ambient temperature should be lower than 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should be lower than 95%.


Structure description


DL type vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump consists of two parts: motor and pump. The motor is a Y-type three-phase asynchronous motor. The pump and motor are connected by a coupling, and the whole is rigidly connected. No correction is required during use. The pump consists of a stator part and a rotor part. The pump stator part is composed of water inlet section, middle section, guide vane, water outlet section, stuffing box body and other parts. To prevent the stator from being worn, the stator is equipped with sealing rings, balance sleeves, etc., which can be replaced after replacement. The rotor part is composed of a shaft, an impeller, and a balance hub. The lower end of the rotor is a water lubricated bearing, and the upper part is an angular contact ball bearing. The axial force of the DL vertical multistage centrifugal pump is mostly borne by the balance drum, and the remaining residual axial force amplitude is supported by the angular contact ball bearing. The water inlet and outlet sections and the joint surface are sealed with paper pads. Shaft seal adopts packing or mechanical seal, users can choose according to their needs.

DL type vertical multistage centrifugal pump rotates counterclockwise when viewed from the driving end.

2. The inlet and outlet of the DL vertical multistage centrifugal pump are on the same center line, simplifying the connection of the pipeline;

3. According to the actual situation, the inlet and outlet of the DL vertical multistage centrifugal pump can be assembled in different directions of 90 °, 180 °, 270 °;

4. According to the actual situation, the outlets of DL type vertical multistage centrifugal pumps can be assembled into 1 ~ 5 outlets to meet different heads on the same pump;
